ListGuru is an AI program designed to generate short-term rental listings by scraping data from your current Airbnb listing and using that information to create a new listing. b. ListGuru may require access to your Airbnb account to collect the necessary data. By using ListGuru, you grant us permission to access and use this data solely for the purpose of generating the new listing and recommendations to optomize your short term rental listing.

2. Accuracy and Responsibility: a. ListGuru strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information based on the data collected from your Airbnb listing. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated listings. b. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the generated listing before using or publishing it.

3. Email Marketing and Promotional Emails: a. By using ListGuru, you consent to receive email marketing and promotional emails from us, including but not limited to updates, offers, and information about our products and services. b. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or by contacting our customer support.

4. Intellectual Property: a. ListGuru and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to us. You acknowledge that ListGuru is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. b. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on ListGuru, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy: a. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. b. By using ListGuru, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability: a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of ListGuru. b. We make no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of ListGuru for any purpose.

7. Modifications and Termination: a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate ListGuru or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. b. We may also modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of ListGuru after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with ListGuru shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
